Whether you're new to meditation or ready to explore deeper levels of consciousness, this event offers two focused experiences designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and your spirit.

Session 1: Sound Bath Meditation (Gentle)
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
A soothing and restorative session using crystal singing bowls, sacred sound tools, and calming vibrations to regulate the nervous system and open space for peace and presence. Great for all levels.

Session 2: Shamanic Meditation Journey (Intensive)
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
