Jay Satellite is a quartet from Hutto that unabashedly rings out early ‘90s big guitar power pop with catchy melodies and songs you swear you’ve heard before…but there’s a dark undercurrent to the lyrics and guitar chords and a quirkiness that shows their record collections go deep towards post-punk, goth, shoegaze and beyond.

Jealous Creatures - There are things we do to ourselves that we know are going to hurt. We know, even while things are good, that eventually we're going to be sorry we ever got involved. We think we're prepared for the end, but we never are. Even still, it's worth it. These songs are the soundtrack to all those times when we know it's a bad idea, but we go for it just the same.

Paris Falls - Our music is heavy yet clean. With a strong fender rhodes and moog synth vibe driving our music, our sound combines the past like the Wings and Pink Floyd with with the heavy modern sound of The Chromatics and Yeah Yeah Yeahs. We put everything into our music in the studio. Even thought Paris Falls is a 3 piece the fullness of our albums are reflected on stage every show.
