Morality....it seems obvious how to behave with other human beings... with some sense of empathy and an innate desire to stop harm and if necessary give care to alleviate a harm to another... we are a social animal and it;s part of our evolution to give this kind of care to others...so when I see violence that completely ignores this innate tendancy.... it's damn creepy.... in humans, almost universally,is a sense of fairness ....these two core priciples dominate our sense of morality
In chimps if a branch of berries were found the finder would be encountered by another in the tribe trying to take it and an argument would ensue until the alpha appeared and took the branch and brought all members of the tribe together and shared the find with all.... in essence our concept of morality as humans..1. empathy 2 fairness 3 tribal allegiance 4 respect for authority or the alpha
Our morality is our inner chimp
